Using Stock Photos

PowerPoint Tip


File size getting unwieldy? Try compressing your images. Select an image, then under the Picture Tools Format tab, click Compress Pictures. Select the desired level of compression, and make sure you opt to compress all images in the file.

These images are sized correctly to be used in PowerPoint presentations and Word documents without adding too much to the file size. If you need higher-resolution images, or need imagery that isn't covered in this collection, please contact Marketing. 

Please do not use Google image search to find pictures to use in content. Pictures found online are generally under copyright, and cannot legally be used for other purposes.

Using Icons

PowerPoint Tip


While we encourage you use these on-brand linear icons, you can also use PowerPoint's built-in icon library. See your PowerPoint template for more guidelines on using icons.

These icons are available in three brand colors, and have transparent backgrounds for easy use in any document. If you can't find an appropriate icon for your needs, please contact Marketing. You can also check the other practices' libraries to see if there is an appropriate icon there.
